Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Hannibal, MO Area (50-Mile Radius)

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly: $1,200 – $1,500

Additional Pay:

$1,500 referral bonus ($750 at hire / $750 at 90 days)

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight: Pneumatic Dry Bulk (cement)
Unload: Driver assist loading & full offload
Running Area:
IL, IN, Western OH, Southern MI, MO
Miles:
2,000 – 2,300 per week
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Home weekends (possible Saturday return)

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
6 months recent experience OR 1 year in last 3 years

Preferred:

TWIC Card

Handling pneumatic equipment
Outdoor exposure

🚛 EQUIPMENT

2020+ Mack & International trucks
65 MPH pedal / 68 MPH cruise

Must have approved secure parking

No pets
No passengers

🎓 TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Online Orientation:

2.5–3 hours (required before onsite)

Onsite Training Location:

Jacksonville, FL (Dry Bulk Fleet)

Training Breakdown:

5-day onsite training (classroom + equipment + road test)
5–7 days additional road training at home terminal

Training Pay:

$120/day training
Up to $200/day advanced road training
$200 paid for completing online orientation

Lodging & Travel:

Hotel provided (single room)
Breakfast & lunch provided
Travel covered (plane or rental car)
